2012 Rotie Cellars "Southern Blend" Walla Walla Valley Red Blend

90-92 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Southern Blend offers beautiful strawberry and kirsch styled fruit to go with plenty of white pepper, herbs de Provence and an almost garrigue like quality. Seamless, supple and up-front, with medium to full-bodied richness, it’s a forward, charming and certainly delicious effort that can be enjoyed now and over the following 7-8 years. Made by Sean Boyd, these releases from Rotie Cellars show classic styles, with bright acidity that is balanced by good depth and richness. The 2012 Dre was the odd man ...

2003 Columbia Crest Columbia Valley "Reserve" Cabernet Sauvignon

91 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve was sourced from a variety of vineyard sites in several AVAs. It was aged for 26 months in 100% new oak, a mix of French and American. Purple-colored, the wine exhibits scents of pain grille, scorched earth, black currant, blackberry, and licorice. On the palate it offers abundant spicy black fruits, chocolate, and mocha. There is plenty of depth and a long 45+ second finish. The structure is present for 4-6 years of further development in the bottle and it should provide pleas ...

2016 DeLille "Chaleur Blanc" Columbia Valley White Bordeaux Blend

94 points Vinous: "Bright, light yellow-gold. Multidimensional nose melds aromas of stone fruits, pineapple and pear with notes of savory spices, honey and lemon grass and a Riesling-like piney quality. Compellingly fine-grained, concentrated and harmonious from the start, with a suggestion of figgy sweetness (the wine is technically bone-dry) perfectly countered by strong acidity. Finishes tactile and very long, with a suggestion of eucalyptus. Most recent vintages of this consistently superb wine have been considerably tighter early on, but this is a k ...

Woodinville Straight Bourbon Whiskey (750ml)

Woodinville is a Washington State Whiskey Company established in 2010. They heard the message loud and clear about what people wanted in craft whiskey: no short cuts. They do everything grain to glass. They work with a farmer in eastern Washington for all of their rye and corn. They age everything in full-sized, 53-gallon barrels. And most importantly...they waited. Patiently biding their time, they opted to only release whiskey in Washington State so they slowly build their stocks and bring a truly quality product to market in the 5-6 year old range. Ri ...

Woodinville Straight 100% Rye Whiskey (750ml )

91 points Wine Enthusiast: "This is a 100% rye whiskey made with Washington state grain. Look for a tawny hue and distinctly fruity scent layered with a wash of vanilla. The bracing, lean palate shows plenty of vanilla and caramel up front plus a hint of espresso, sparked with fiery cayenne and hot cinnamon on the drying fade. A splash of water coaxes out a pleasing nuttiness and tones down the spicy heat. (KN)" (11/2018) K&L Notes: Woodinville is a Washington state whiskey company established in 2010. 92 points Vinous: "(a blend of about 60 lots from 13,500 vines, according to Jason Gorski): Bright, dark red with ruby highlights. Aromas of cassis and licorice hint at a dried-berry character. Impressively concentrated for such a large blend, offering a fine-grained texture and noteworthy inner-mouth floral lift. Boasts plush, sweet dark fruit and spice flavors, with a repeating element of very ripe berries. Suggests a wider range of fruit ripeness than most of the other DeLille reds but very successful for such a disparate blend. The long finish featur ...

Letterpress Limoncello (750ml)

Letterpress Limoncello out of Washington State is made the old fashioned way. Their own house distilled vodka (wheat/barley) is the base, they use real lemons, add no artifical coloring, and they sweeten it with local Pacific Northwest honey instead of a simple syrup. The use of honey for sweetness makes it leaps and bounds better than damn near every other limoncello available. The extra complexity and texture is an absolute game changer.
