2015 Yves Cheron "Les Dentelles" Côtes du Rhône (Previously $13)

92 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "I was blown away by the 2015 Côtes du Rhône Yves Cheron les Dentelles. Made from 65% Grenache and 35% Syrah aged all in cement, it’s a big, rich, full-bodied beauty that’s loaded with notions of kirsch, blackberries, toasted spices and white pepper. Deep, rich, concentrated and impeccably balanced, it’s the real deal. (JD)" (12/2016)

2017 Cicada by Chante Cigale Vin de France (Previously $11)

Chante Cigale means singing cicada (a type of grasshopper/cricket), and the Cicada red is their early-drinking, everyday Grenache-Carignan blend. The property has been in the family since the 19th century and is currently run by Alexandre Favier, who assumed the reins at the ripe old age of 20. The domaine is planted to 40 hectares of red varietals and 5 hectares of white varietals spread across 45 different parcels throughout the appellation.

2017 Domaine les Pins "Les Rochettes" Bourgueil Rosé (Previously $13)

Wine Enthusiast: "Made from Cabernet Franc, this rich, textured and structured wine is full and rounded. It has perfumed flavors, a touch of caramel and plenty of balanced acidity. (RV)" (09/2018) Wine Spectator: "This sports a fresh and open-knit profile of white cherry and strawberry core flavors, with a light mineral edge adding cut on the finish. (JM)" (06/2018) K&L Notes: Domaine les Pins sits in the heart of Bourgueil. It is an area that is lately garnering attention for the quality of their Cabernet Franc-based red wines. 2015 Domaine Aubaï Mema "Liverna" Gard Rouge (Previously $13)

An organically farmed, naturally made Grenache-Cabernet-Carignan blend from Aubais, a small medieval village south of Nîmes. Winemaker Mark Haynes may be many things: entrepreneur, winemaker, tango dancer; but there is one thing that he is not--conventional. Mark is a spirited man who came to winemaking late in life when he realized that so many producers in the Gard region were turning their backs on winemaking and farming. The region is in the south of France about 30 minutes from Nîmes. It was his summer home in his childhood and he always had a fondn ...

2017 Marrenon "Roséfine" Luberon Rosé (Previously $12)

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A blend of 75% Syrah and 25% Grenache, the 2017 Luberon Rose Rosefine slots in qualitatively between Marrenon's Classique and Petula bottlings. Hints of peach, cantaloupe and strawberries appear on the nose, while the medium-bodied palate picks up citrusy notes that linger on the finish. (JC)" (06/2018) Wine Enthusiast: "Pristine wild strawberry and watermelon notes introduce this penetrating, Syrah-dominated rosé. Full bodied and dry, it offers succulent raspberry flavors accented by fresh herb and violet hints. Bright ...

2017 Chateau de L'Ou Côtes de Roussillon Rosé (Previously $17)

Jancis Robinson: "Wild-salmon colour. Orange liqueur tinted through nose and palate with a dry, tangy goji-berry flavour, somewhere between sweet and earthy. Touch garrigue and pink-peppercorn spiciness tucked deep inside the core. A bit wild. A wine that would go well with rustic charcuterie and home-smoked fish. (TC)" (10/2018) K&L Notes: Séverine Bourrier came to winemaking through her own passion for the subject, not having the family history associated with so many winemakers. She studied oenology in school and worked in Bordeaux for a decade. Aft ...

2017 Guy Farge "Bouquet de Blanc" Ardeche Blanc (Previously $18)

Guy Farge took over the management of his family estate in 1980. Originally he sold his fruit to the Cave de Tain (where he worked) and then to Delas. In 2007, he began producing wines under his own label. Each year, the wines have grown and evolved as has Guy's winemaking prowess. Now working with his son Thomas, each bottling represents some of the best we have seen from his primarily granitic terroirs. The Bouquet de Blanc is an equal parts blend of Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne all fermented using indigenous yeasts. Aged in stainless steel, it is ...

2017 Domaine de l'Ermitage "Victor" Costières de Nîmes Rosé (Previously $11)

Costières de Nîmes is at the southernmost part of the Rhône Valley, on the opposite bank from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. One of our best new finds is Château de l'Ermitage, which produces three terrific values with eminent drinkability. The estate's history can be traced back to the 12th century, when the winery produced wine for the pilgrims of St-Jacques de Compostelle who were traveling the Santiago de Compostela. The property is now owned by the Castillon family, and today Michel and his son Jerome manage the vineyards and winemaking. The "Victor" is named ...

Somerset Cider Brandy Co. Blackcurrant Liqueur (375ml) (Previously $22)

With a farm consisting of over 180 acres of apple orchards, Julian Temperley has been distilling brandy and making cider at Somerset since 1989 when he was granted the UK's first ever cider-distilling license. Cider production in the UK dates back to the Romans, but the West of England in particular has a number of PGIs - protected geographical origins - where the orchards are treated like Burgundian vineyards, each with its own particular terroir. 2016 Nicolas Idiart "1911" Vin de France Rouge (Previously $14)

Nicolas Idiart, winemaker and founder of Maison Idiart, grew up with a passion for wine, which he acquired from his father and grandfather. After graduating from winemaking school at Blanquefort in Bordeaux, Nicolas' enthusiasm for Loire wines brought him to work in Chinon, Touraine, and Muscadet, with stints further afield in Australia and New Zealand. Never quite sure where his niche was, he moved in to the sales side of the wine business, mainly in North America. 2016 Rickshaw California Cabernet Sauvignon (Previously $15)

Winery notes: "We like to take a pretty minimal approach to our winemaking. Tap into some great sources and make varietally true and focused wines. However, the one part where we get to really flex some skills is during the blending process. Sometimes we weave together as many as two dozen different lots selected for cooperage, oak age, vineyards, and vineyard blocks. In the case of our Cabernet Sauvignon, we even have the option of using small pieces of other Bordeaux varietals to make it just so. RICKSHAW Cabernet is a compelling wine from the get ...

A rich ruby red with notes of violets and red berry fruits, this Cabernet Franc is nicely layered on the palate with brightness running throughout and just a touch of smoke mixed in with some purple fruits. Soft waves of mineral with a nice soft tannin make this a true delight to drink. Domaine les Pins has been family run for five generations. Quite structured – presumably thanks to the Syrah. No hurry to drink this with its fine tannins in abundance. And if you serve it now, ensure there's some food with it. 16+/20 points. Wine Spectator: "Shows the bright, ripe and racy profile of the vintage, with pure raspberry and blackberry fruit streaming through, offering a pretty violet edge and staying light-footed throughout. (JM)" (09/2018) K&L Notes: Malmont is a single-vineyard labor of love. Deeply terraced and steep, with plentiful rocky soil, the Malmont vineyard is no breeze to cultivate—the vineyard's name means "bad mountain." Shady Oak Barrel House "Stonamatic" Equinox Hopped IPA w/ Brett, California (750ml) (Previously $12)

From the brewery: "This is a blend of styles and it's a little hard to describe. Let's just say it's a Belgian style beer crossed with a session IPA, that's heavily hopped with late kettle additions of Equinox, then dry hopped to levels of madness with more of the same hops. Finally it receives a dose of Brettanomyces. This is a grinding groove that drips with sticky, sexy soul, with a blend of psychedelia. Open now for hops, cellar for extra funk. Pairs well with infectious melodies, other people's hot tubs and trampolines."
