2003 Columbia Crest Columbia Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

91 points from Robert Parker! -"The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve was sourced from a variety of vineyard sites in several AVAs. It was aged for 26 months in 100% new oak, a mix of French and American. Purple-colored, the wine exhibits scents of pain grille, scorched earth, black currant, blackberry, and licorice. On the palate it offers abundant spicy black fruits, chocolate, and mocha. There is plenty of depth and a long 45+ second finish. The structure is present for 4-6 years of further development in the bottle and it should provide pleasure throug ...

Westland K&L Exclusive "#2479" Single PX Sherry Hogshead Single Cask Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky (750ml)

The exceptional Westland distillery is easily considered one of the United States top Single Malt distilleries. That's something that's hard to believe considering they only opened their doors in 2010 just 8 short years ago. But what Westland did right was commit. They committed to making the very best American Single Malt that they possibly could. They took what Scotland had perfected centuries earlier and instead of upending the tradition like so many craft distillers, they improved and adapted it to make this uniquely Scottish whisky distinctly Pacifi ...

2016 Seven Hills Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc

90 points Vinous: "Captivating nose combines pineapple, grapefruit, herbs and a whiff of minerals. Juicy and brisk but not thin, conveying a hint of sweetness (but the residual sugar here is actually less than one gram per liter, according to founder and winemaker Casey McClellan) to its bright flavors of lime, honeysuckle, minerals and wild herbs complicated by a note of wet slate. This wine, which McClellan envisions as a Bordeaux style, remains on its lees until shortly before the bottling. Incidentally, 2016 is the first vintage to include some Sauvi ...

Woodinville Straight Bourbon Whiskey (750ml)

Woodinville is a Washington State Whiskey Company established in 2010. They heard the message loud and clear about what people wanted in craft whiskey: no short cuts. They do everything grain to glass. They work with a farmer in eastern Washington for all of their rye and corn. They age everything in full-sized, 53-gallon barrels. And most importantly...they waited. Patiently biding their time, they opted to only release whiskey in Washington State so they slowly build their stocks and bring a truly quality product to market in the 5-6 year old range. Ri ...

2013 Cayuse "Bionic Frog" Walla Walla Valley Syrah

97 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The only wine to see partial aging in foudre (20% new), the 2013 Syrah Bionic Frog has an almost Burgundian flair in its forest floor, olive brine, smoked earth, dried flower and darker fruit-styled personality. One of the more streamlined, elegant examples of this cuvee, it still has a serious, lengthy feel, full-bodied richness and building underlying structure that makes me think 3-5 years of cellaring are warranted. Impressively concentrated for such a large blend, offering a fine-grained texture and noteworthy inner-mouth floral lift. Letterpress Limoncello (750ml)

Letterpress Limoncello out of Washington State is made the old fashioned way. Their own house distilled vodka (wheat/barley) is the base, they use real lemons, add no artifical coloring, and they sweeten it with local Pacific Northwest honey instead of a simple syrup. The use of honey for sweetness makes it leaps and bounds better than damn near every other limoncello available. The extra complexity and texture is an absolute game changer.
