The Barsotti Vineyard is sustainably farmed with organic materials used. It sits at an elevation of 3200 feet and the soil is decomposed granite (à la Beaujolias) and it planted t0 10 year-old head trained Gamay vines. It is fermented 100% whole cluster and is foot-trodden. Aged in neutral French oak. 67 cases produced.
