94 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A beautiful ripe, plump, fat and opulent style of Cabernet Sauvignon that Caymus has pioneered, the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon has a dense purple color, loads of juicy blackberry and blackcurrant fruit, low acidity and no real evidence of oak, but a nice, plush, full-bodied opulence. This is irresistible, especially for a Cabernet Sauvignon coming in at 14.9% natural alcohol. Drink it over the next decade or more. From the producer: "The Pétillant Naturel is Onward’s sparking expression of Malvasia Bianca from Capp Inn Ranch. The wine was moved from tank to bottle by gravity. Everything to do with bottling lady Pét-Nat has to be done by hand because she is still fermenting (meaning full of CO2 gas) and needs to be handled with care. Mobley writes: "The 2010 Blanc de Blancs smells heady, wafting sweet bread dough. It’s rich, nutty and creamy, and more direct than Baumhefner’s 1990 and 1992 vint...

92 points Wine Enthusiast: "Soft and luscious, this Cabernet has a melted fruit quality, like cherry pie filling, with a scoop of vanilla and coffee ice cream. Tasty, but beyond that is great structure and bones. Drink this wine by 2015. " (08/2012) 90 points Wine Spectator: "Very dark, rich and tarry, with black licorice, mocha and dried blackberry fruit that's also firmly tannic, ending with a chewy edge. Best from 2013 through 2022." (11/2012) 90 points Connoisseurs Guide: "This full-throttle effort keys on ripeness and oak, and it has no sense of...
