Jean-Jacques Lamoureux "Trilogie" Brut Champagne (Previously $50)

This non-vintage is based on the great 2008 harvest and composed of one-third each Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier. Before bottling, two-thirds is aged in large oak for a year, and then given five years of ageing on the lees. Gilbert Jacquesson "Cuvée Prestige" Brut Champagne (Previously $40)

Gilbert Jacquesson's top offering comes from estate vineyards planted in the village of Troissy, in the heart of the Marne Valley. It is composed of 40% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. From the producer: "We are located in Villers aux Noeuds, a few kilometers south of Reims on the axis Reims-Epernay. We operate 6 ha of vines on 5 terroirs in 1er Cru of the Montagne de Reims and one in the Ardre Valley...Nature de Solemme is in conversion to organic farming. It is a champagne 100% Chardonnay first premium of the mountain of West Reims."

2009 Alexandre Le Brun "Cuvée Dilection" Brut Rosé Champagne (Previously $80)

Alexandre Le Brun is a young winemaker from Monthelon in the Ardenne (Marne) region of Champagne. He is a ninth-generation winemaker. His family established themselves in Champagne in 1750, and their cellars were built in 1822. The delectable Dilection is based on the incredible 2009 vintage with 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier. Only French oak is used and the vineyard where the grapes are sourced was planted in 1902. It is rich, but classically dry with dark cherry and strawberry fruit on the finish, which lingers.
